Enno Spillner

Enno Spillner verfügt über mehr als 23 Jahre Erfahrung in der Biotechnolgiebranche. Zuletzt war er von 2016 bis 2023 CFO sowie Mitglied des Vorstands der MDAX und TecDAX sowie NASDAQ notierten Evotec SE. In seiner Rolle als CFO zeichnete der Diplom-Kaufmann unter anderem für die erfolgreiche Kapitalmarktpositionierung sowie diverse erfolgreiche Finanz- und M&A-Transaktionen des Unternehmens verantwortlich und führte die Gesellschaft im Jahr 2021 an die US-Technologiebörse NASDAQ. Vor allem aber half er das sehr dynamische internationale Wachstum des Unternehmens sicherzustellen. Zuvor war Herr Spillner über zehn Jahre bei der börsennotierten 4SC AG, einem innovativen biopharmazeutischen Unternehmen, tätig. Dort bekleidete er die Position des Finanzvorstands und später zusätzlich das Amt des Vorstandsvorsitzenden. Davor war Herr Spillner seit 1999 bei der Bioᴹ AG zunächst als Leiter Finanzen & Controlling tätig. Später verantwortete er neben dem Finanzbereich auch wesentliche Teile des Beteiligungs-Geschäfts der Bioᴹ und übernahm in 2021 als Partner auch die Geschäftsführung des BioM VC Fonds. In diesem Zusammenhang nahm er auch Interimspositionen als CFO oder CEO in Portfoliounternehmen wahr. Herr Spillner bekleidet darüber hinaus aktuell Aufsichtsratsmandate bei der Nanobiotix SA, Paris sowie der Leon-Nanodrugs GmbH, München. ******************************************************************************* Enno Spillner has more than 23 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. In his latest position he has been serving from 2016 to 2023 as CFO and member of the Management Board of Evotec SE, which is listed on MDAX, TecDAX as well as NASDAQ. In his role as CFO he was responsible, inter alia, for the company’s successful capital market positioning and various successful financial and M&A transactions, and led the company to the US technology exchange NASDAQ in 2021. Most importantly, he helped ensure the company’s very dynamic international growth. Previously, Mr. Spillner worked for more than ten years the publicly listed 4SC AG, an innovative biopharmaceutical company, where he held the position as Chief Financial Officer and later additionally as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Spillner had worked at Bioᴹ AG since 1999, initially as Head of Finance & Controlling. Later on, he gained additional responsibility for significant parts of the Bioᴹ investment business and in 2021 also took over the management of the BioM VC Fund as a partner. In this context, he held interim positions as CFO or CEO in portfolio companies. Mr. Spillner currently holds supervisory board mandates at Nanobiotix SA, Paris and Leon-Nanodrugs GmbH, Munich.
