Our modern infrastructure needs to be transformed. Various networks urgently need to be expanded, while others need to be refurbished or replaced. The expansion of the fiber optic network, the charging infrastructure for e-mobility are just two examples. To meet this challenge, network operators need cost-effective, fast and safe construction methods. Here, the HDD technology comes in. Compared to conventional, open cut construction, the HDD method is more environmentally friendly, faster and cost-effective. Digitization is an immportant element to carry out the expansion by using the HDD method sustainably and in accordance with the applicable quality standards.
