Webasto & Danfoss - A joint vision for future mobility

Electrification of construction machines still challenges the industry. Webasto and Danfoss partner to enable a faster integration of a complete battery/energy management system into a battery-electric vehicle. Danfoss successfully converted a 14-tons traditional wheel loader into an electric one with electric traction, electro-hydraulic work function and power management system, including Webasto batteries. Both companies offer full plug & perform system capabilities, including software relative to the connection of the battery management system, inverters and on-board chargers. This solution will guarantee minimum parameterization  effort for all OEMs on the way to a carbon-neutral future.
