Rebecca Siwale

Rebecca Siwale: Global Director, Productivity & Digital Services at FLSmidth A global mining industry leader, Rebecca began her career in the mining industry 22 years ago as plant metallurgist and front-line supervisor. Rebecca worked in various positions of increasing responsibilities in mining operations, driving start-up, expansion, and optimization projects for several mining companies including Glencore, Vedanta Resources and Freeport McMoRan. Rebecca joined FLSmidth in 2012 as Senior Process Engineer. She has held positions in various areas of the organization, including roles in Operations, Maintenance, and the Service Business. She brings extensive experience leading teams and driving digitally enabled operation improvements for customers. She currently serves as Global Director, Productivity and Digital Services. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Copperbelt University, an MBA from Cleveland State University, and Executive Education from Henley Business School.
