Over the previous five years, Tom has been helping build The Supplant Company - a biotech start-up developing new materials and ingredients that are better for people and the planet. As Chief of Staff, he leads cross-functional operations and is currently responsible for fundraising, health and environmental impact and regulatory approvals. Prior to The Supplant Company, Tom was a strategy consultant at PMG. Tom holds an MSc in Biotech and a MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge.

Als Stabschef leitet er funktionsübergreifende Abläufe und ist derzeit für die Mittelbeschaffung, die Auswirkungen auf Gesundheit und Umwelt sowie für behördliche Genehmigungen zuständig. Bevor er zu The Supplant Company kam, war Tom als Strategieberater bei PMG tätig. Tom hat einen MSc in Biotech und einen MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise von der University of Cambridge.
